EAST ASIAN HERBAL NOURISHMENT FOR HEALTH & WELL-BEING

PUREST BOTANICALS AVAILABLE

The majority of our herbs and tea are either certified organic or are from smaller farms using natural farming techniques and abstaining from the use of chemical pesticides and herbicides. Herbs grown both as certified organic and with natural farming methods are rigorously tested to ensure their purity.

KITCHEN WISDOM OF SOUP HERBS

Our soup herb mixes follow the timeless grandmother wisdom of the kitchen using nourishing foods to support the health of the family. Our soup mixes include herbs that are traditionally used to strengthen the immune system and support the body through cycles and seasons. Thee herbs appear both in the East Asian materia medica as well as in Asian grocery stores everywhere. Like many Western herbs, they are both medicinal and culinary. SHOP SOUP HERBS

CLASSICAL HERBAL FORMULAS

Our herbal teas follow the historical source text recipes, instructions and dosage. Many East Asian herbal formulas in common use today were traditionally ground into a coarse powders, similar to a "tea cut" in modern times. They are then either steeped as tea or else simmered for a short time and then drunk as a decoction. SHOP HERBAL TEAS
